Hours: Days flexible (typically Friday and Saturday 6pm-11pm)

Looking for reliable, warm, enthusiastic House Managers to be head of the house on event nights. Training will be provided.
Position Responsibilities include:

Open building and ensure venue is ready for the show

Welcome and direct volunteers serving as ushers, box office and bartenders
-
Welcome performers and review evening schedule
-
Assist sound engineers with non-technical set up
-
Make brief announcements to audience at beginning of show and ensure reasonable time for intermission.

Close and lock building, ensuring all doors are secured, lights are off, and trash is removed to our on-site dumpster
Qualifications:

Demonstrated Reliability
-
Experience with live events
-
Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25lbs
-
Positive attitude, dependable, excellent interpersonal skills

Clear communicator, comfort directing volunteers

Complete crowd manager certification and TIPS training upon hiring

Looking for reliable, warm, enthusiastic individuals for our box office and front of house on event nights. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities Include:

Greet all patrons with welcoming, helpful hospitality

Prepare seating lists for ushers

Confirm cash box amounts for box office

Sell tickets and memberships to patrons

Reconcile cash to daily report and print out final sales report for House Manager
Qualifications:

Previous experience with any database platform is preferred. We use PatronManager, a Salesforce derived program. Specific knowledge of PatronManager not required, and training will be provided.
