Led by the inimitable Allyson Briggs, the jazz band known as Fleur Seule has been firing up the dance floors and jazz clubs of Manhattan for years, giving fresh zing to the jazz, swing, and latin music of the Golden Age of Hollywood. Experience a thrilling night of live music as their chanteuse takes you around the world and back to the 1940s. Allyson Briggs is on a mission to revive the greatest music ever written, and she strives to share her love and passion for the joy and the glamour of it all. As the songbird and bandleader of Fleur Seule, Briggs believes in the power of simplicity, the playfulness of music, and the Great American Songbook. She is an old soul who refined her craft in New York City and has been making great strides in bringing the best of music back for some, and anew to the younger set. You can find them performing at Birdland Jazz Club, Tavern on the Green, Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola, and many other Manhattan hot spots weekly. Tune in as they kick off the holidays in style, with the classics you love and a few you may not know!
