indoor market submission guidelines

1. About


This is a one day, indoor market at ātac from 10am-3pm. There is free parking in our lot for customers, vendors are asked to move to on street parking or one of the public lots. There is no entrance fee for customers.

 

2. Eligibility


Open to all Artists & Artisans at least 18 years old. All goods must be handmade by the seller, or the seller must have permission from the artist to sell the handmade items. We ask that no commercial products be for sale. Acceptance is on a juried basis & participation is at the discretion of ātac Gallery Curator.

3. Entry Process

The vendor must fill out the online registration form completely with all of the requested attachments. Space is limited so we recommend applying early.

4. Table Fees

There is a table fee of $35 per space. Upon acceptance invoices will be sent via email. Payment must be made within one week of the invoice. Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit card. Make all checks out to ātac. It is free to apply, only accepted vendors need to pay table fees.

5. Set Up

Set up will be between 8 & 9:30am. Each Vendor space is 6ft x 4ft. Please keep an eye on your email for your check in time. You may park in our lot to unload but we ask vendors to move their vehicles by 10am. There is free on-street parking & some public lots. If you are using an ātac table it will be set up with 2 chairs. Each space can only have 2 people at a time to save space. There are limited outlets, if you need one, please request it on the submission form. Tables will be both upstairs & downstairs. Elevator available. There is no room for additional structures e.g. tents, large clothing racks & more. If you have a display that is larger than 6ft long & 4ft wide please notify the staff, arrangements can be made prior to the show depending on the situation, but the structure will have to come down if it is set up without permission.

6. Advertising


ātac will advertise the Market on our website & through social media. We will provide vendors with an image they can use on social media. We encourage vendors to advertise on their own to increase the visibility of the event.

7. Donations


If they are able, we ask that each vendor donate 1 item of their choice to the raffle that will take place at the Market. Please drop off your donation at sign in. No minimum or maximum price point on the donated items, its up to the discretion of the vendor to choose what they would like to give.

outdoor market submission guidelines

This is a one day, outdoor market at ātac from 10am-3pm taking place in the parking lot of the center (weather permitting). Vendors may load in using the parking lot but are asked to move their cars promptly to on street parking or one of the public lots. There is no entrance fee for customers. ātac may choose to bring the event inside, reschedule, or cancel in case of bad weather.

 

2. Eligibility

We ask that no commercial products be for sale. Acceptance is on a juried basis & participation is at the discretion of ātac Gallery Curator.

5. Set Up

Each Vendor space is 10ft x 10ft. Please have a tent available, this event is rain or shine. Vendors are not required to set up tents (weather permitting), but it is at their own risk. If using a tent, vendors are required to have at least 40lbs weights on each leg of the tent. If it does not have the required weight on each leg, or if the weights are not securely attached, the tent will have to be removed. It is a hazard to vendors and customers to have a tent that is not properly weighted down.

 

Set up will be between 8 & 9:30am. Please keep an eye on your email for your check in time. Food trucks will be asked to load in early to avoid any hold up in the parking lot. You may park in our lot to unload but we ask vendors to move their vehicles right after you unload. There is free on-street parking & some public lots. Volunteers will be available to watch the vendor's items while they move their cars.

 

There is no electricity available outside. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.

6. Advertising


ātac will advertise the Market on our website & through social media. We will provide vendors with an image they can use on social media. We encourage vendors to advertise on their own to increase the visibility of the event.
